Superflow helps GoTemp position itself in the competitive flexible staffing market by building an AI-first digital platform from the ground up — one where user research, strategic design, and modern AI workflows aren’t separate phases, but a single, continuous way of working.
We start with in-depth user research into GoTemp’s two core user groups — flexible workers (including students) and hiring companies — combining qualitative methods like interviews and usability testing with quantitative data analysis. These insights shape features that are genuinely user-centric: understanding what drives workers to the platform, what friction they hit when finding and managing temporary jobs, and what companies actually need from a staffing solution.
Where this engagement stands apart is how those insights become product. Rather than the traditional research-to-design-to-development handoff, GoTemp is built AI-first: a single design system — brand and semantic tokens defined in Figma, exported and transformed through Tokens Studio and Style Dictionary into production-ready CSS — feeds directly into a shadcn-based component library inside a Laravel + Vue stack. Using Claude Code and MCP integrations across Figma, Linear, and GitHub, we move from user story to functional analysis, to token-accurate mockup, to working coded screen — in hours rather than weeks. AI handles the mechanical translation; human judgment stays accountable for usability, information architecture, accessibility, and every edge case that matters in a market this regulated.
For candidates, this speed translates into easy onboarding, personalized job recommendations, and transparent workflows that build trust.
