NxtPeople is a unique multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows both recruitment agencies and companies to manage their candidates and employees efficiently. In addition, NxtPeople offers an employee app that makes it easy to manage schedules and track working hours. Superflow supports NxtPeople with the complete digital customer experience strategy and product design.
NxtPeople initially started as an effort to further develop and innovate the CRM of a large recruitment agency. It quickly became clear, however, that other recruitment agencies could benefit from the same solution. Much of the built logic could therefore be better implemented in a standalone platform.
Over time, NxtPeople has grown into a comprehensive platform where clients can manage their job openings and candidates, as well as schedule and pay employees. By looking ahead with our clients, we realized that end users themselves also needed an easy way to manage both flexible and permanent staff. As a result, NxtPeople has evolved into a self-service platform.
However, the client soon realized that the platform could also serve smaller businesses in constant need of a flexible workforce. For this segment, however, the application was too complex and lacked a clear product vision. Superflow stepped in to help define and refine that vision — developing a focused product experience strategy supported by lean user testing through A/B and usability studies. We designed a more intuitive, user-friendly interface, integrated AI capabilities into the platform, and helped align the teams around a shared vision. Additionally, we supported the client in building a strong customer success department to ensure long-term user satisfaction and growth.
Clients today appreciate being able to manage everything within a single environment that is not only powerful but also attractive and easy to use. Many have also recognized that some of their legacy tools, which previously covered parts of NxtPeople’s functionality, are no longer necessary, as NxtPeople better supports their workflows.

Contactformulier. Naam, e-mailadres en wat je zelf invult (geen gevoelige gegevens zoals gezondheids- of strafrechtelijke informatie, of rekeningnummers). We gebruiken dit om te antwoorden op je vraag en, met je toestemming, om je onze nieuwsbrief te sturen.

Zijn we wettelijk verplicht om gegevens te delen, of nodig om iemands vitale belangen te beschermen? Dan doen we dat. Buiten dat delen we nooit gegevens met derden zonder je medeweten. Onze site linkt naar LinkedIn — klik je door, dan gelden hun eigen privacyregels.
Waar mogelijk verwerken we gegevens binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte. Gebruiken we een tool die buiten de EER host (bv. Amerikaanse cloudproviders), dan zorgen we voor passende waarborgen zoals modelcontractbepalingen (Standard Contractual Clauses).
