The challenge.

Finding a home or office involves significant decisions and extensive information. Users needed quick access to relevant details without making the mobile platform harder to navigate.

The key decision.

We worked with business stakeholders to translate their content expertise and requirements into clearer navigation, wireframes and initial designs for the development team to build and test.

The rejected option & why.

Adding access to more information without considering the overall navigation would undermine usability. The work focused on structuring content and navigation together.

The outcome.

Stakeholder insights became wireframes and initial designs that the development team built and tested, laying the foundation for an improved mobile experience.

The final verdict.

The engagement connected business knowledge with interface structure. Prototypes, testing, handoff and UX training helped the development team carry the proposed experience into implementation.
