AI builds your product in hours.I make sure it
fits together
.

I'm a fractional product design lead for SaaS startups and scaleups building with AI. I set the design system, review what AI generates, and decide what ships, so your design system lives in your code, not in a Figma file nobody opens.

A design system that lives in your code, not in a design file nobody opens.

  1. One place where "correct" is written down

A living component reference, pulled straight from your code, so it can't drift from the product.

  2. Core components your team builds from

Buttons, inputs, modals, tables: one version each, in your codebase.

  3. AI tools that follow the system

Rules in your repo that make AI-generated code use your components by default.

  4. A real feature shipped on it

Not a demo, but something your users touch.

You'll know it's working when your developers stop asking which button is the right one, and new screens get built from what exists instead of generated from scratch.

How I work

Five steps, one job: keep the speed of AI without losing the coherence of your product. I use the same AI tools your team does. The value is knowing what’s good, what scales and what to reject.

See how I work
  1. Listen.

Focused scope · Setup · Embedded

I map users, flows and business logic before anything gets generated.

  2. Define.

Focused scope · Setup · Embedded

I set the quality bar a screen must meet, before AI proposes anything.

  3. Direct.

    Setup · Embedded

I steer your agentic workflow, so design and code are generated against your system, not around it.

  4. Curate.

    Setup · Embedded

I keep what holds up, reject what doesn’t, and structure the rest into components and patterns.

  5. Hand over.

    Setup

I hand over infrastructure, not screens: tokens, components and rules your team ships on.

NxtPeople

2018–now

I lead product design for NxtPeople, a multi-product HR SaaS platform for employers and candidates. I built NxtPeople-DS, a design system with a two-tier token architecture that keeps every module and sub-brand consistent as the platform grows.

GoTemp

2026

I designed the GoTemp app, a flexi-jobs platform that makes temporary work fast to find and fast to fill. GoTemp runs on the NxtPeople design system with its own token set, proving the system scales across brands, not just products.

MeetDistrict

2024–2025

MeetDistrict combines flexible workspaces with a digital service platform. I helped align its website, booking tools, app and member portal around one customer journey.
